MOTOR CLAIM:

Steps to be taken in case of a road accident causing Material or Bodily Injury damage:

- Stay calm, limit the discussions and talk only to experts
- Call our HOTLINE (+961 3 194 294) to send a sworn motor expert
- If there is any Bodily Injury call Lebanese Red Cross on (140) or Civil Defense on (125)
- For towing, if needed, call SPEED (+961 3 258 558)
- Important issue: We advise you to take notes of the names, addresses, phone numbers, plate numbers and insurance policies of the cars involved.
- Within maximum 3 days you should contact BERYTUS or your Insurance Consultant to complete a claim declaration, sign it, and send it to our Motor Claims Department.

For Medical Claims please contact our Medical Department, or check the back side of your medical card where the TPA is mentioned and available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
